Lifting Each Other Up

It’s normal to feel frustrated and anxious during these uncertain times. Here a few tips that can help ease the stress.

Stay Connected

Use technology to communicate with your loved ones. Plan FaceTime dates and Zoom meet ups to interact and catch up.

Don’t Bottle It Up

Share your feelings with friends and family. Sharing how you feel tends to lessen the burden one feels when stressed.

Meditation & Yoga

Taking a few minutes to pause and relax can ease anxiety. Meditation and Yoga can help clear your mind and forget the pressures of everyday life for a few minutes.

If you’re new to meditation and yoga, there are several resources online (Spotify, Youtube, etc) that can guide you.

Stay Active

Working out can ease anxiety and stress as well.

  • Take a walk around your neighborhood
  • Find simple mat exercises that can be done indoors
  • Play music and have a dance party at home
  • Stand up 2 minutes every hour to stretch your legs and increase blood flow
