Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Spencer Mauseth is a board-certified pediatric dentist. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Creighton University, School of Dentistry, and proudly graduated with honors, Cum Laude. Dr. Spencer completed his residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center where he served as chief resident. While attending dental school, Dr. Spencer received numerous top honors and awards for ethics, patient care, clinical abilities, and academia. Among these awards was the school's top honor, the Dr. and Mrs. Philip J. Maschka Award. He also became a member of the prestigious dental honor society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon after his graduation from dental school.
Dr. Spencer is very active in the dental community and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He loves working with people, especially children, and is known for his commitment to teaching patients and their parents about the science and art of cavity prevention. He treats each patient like they are a member of his family and is passionate about providing the best patient experience possible. Dr. Spencer feels rewarded when he is able to make a positive difference in his patients’ lives by empowering them through supportive, educational care.
In Dr. Spencer's free time, he can be found spending time with his wife, Melodee, and their five children.

Dr. Arielle Ganas is a dedicated and compassionate board-certified pediatric dentist, specializing in providing comprehensive oral healthcare for children. With a strong commitment to excellence, Dr. Ganas strives to create a positive and comfortable dental experience for her young patients.
After completing her dental education, Dr. Ganas pursued advanced training and obtained her residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, in New York where she excelled and served as a chief resident. This experience allowed her to refine her skills in pediatric dentistry and develop a deep understanding of the unique dental needs of children.
Passionate about making a difference beyond the borders, Dr. Ganas has actively participated in various outreach programs around the world. She has volunteered her expertise in underserved communities, including Senegal, the Dominican Republic, and remote areas within the United States. These experiences have enriched her perspective and reinforced her commitment to providing accessible dental care to children from all walks of life.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Dr. Ganas enjoys traveling, which has further broadened her cultural awareness and appreciation for diversity. She values the importance of spending quality time with loved ones and understands the significance of building trust and rapport with both children and their families.
Dr. Ganas combines her exceptional clinical skills, genuine care, and a child-friendly approach to ensure that each visit to her practice is a positive and enjoyable experience for her young patients. She believes in educating children and their families about the importance of maintaining optimal oral health and strives to instill good dental habits that will last a lifetime.
General Dentist
As a general dentist, Dr. Hansen provides care to all of our wonderful adult patients! Dr. Hansen is originally from Napa Valley in Northern California, but is happy to call San Diego home. She first fell in love with San Diego while attending San Diego State University and was eager to return after graduating dental school at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Arizona. Dr. Hansen is passionate about patient education and comprehensive, conservative dentistry. She provides high quality care that is customized to each patient's unique needs and goals. When she is out of office, Dr. Hansen enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and riding horses.
